DAY PROGRAM
As part of our Bridge to 100 initiatives, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new daytime program created specifically for individuals who do not require full-time residential care but would benefit from a safe, supportive, and structured environment during daytime hours. This program is designed especially for adults who are cognitively disabled but ambulatory, and who thrive with routine, social interaction, and meaningful daily engagement.
Each program day, attendees will enjoy a nutritious midday meal, snacks, and a variety of well-planned activities that encourage learning, creativity, social connection, and personal enjoyment. Our goal is to provide a welcoming space that enhances quality of life while offering families and caregivers additional support and peace of mind.

DAY PROGRAM FEE SCHEDULE
Application Fee
$75 Application Fee (credited toward the first month of participation)
Program Fees
Fees are based on a $60 per day rate and are billed monthly.

One day per week: $250 per month
-
Two days per week: $500 per month
Participants may choose either one or two program days per week.
Billing Policies

Participants are charged for all scheduled program days, including missed days.

Payment is due on the first of each month.

All payments must be made through ACH.
